Conferences

Giving papers at conferences is an important way of disseminating research and getting early input. The BCMH supports some places at key conferences through a small number of bursaries.

The main conference of the year is the New Researchers Conference which is for researchers who are new to maritime history. This is a key annual event and attracts a wide audience that includes many respected maritime and naval historians.
